Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. toasted bread
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 large apple, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 c. hot water
    thick cut pork chops
Preparation
    Buy thick pork chops, butcher will slit a pocket for you.
    Mix stuffing (ingredients above).
    Fill pockets of chops and place remainder around chops in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes (until tender).
    You can use Stove Top dressing.
