Baked Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
5 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
1 Vidalia onion, chopped or chopped scallions
1 Tbsp. chopped basil
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Layer pepper, tomatoes and onion in pie pan.
Mix basil, grated cheese and mustard.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread over top of pie.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
