"K" Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter
5 heaping c. \"Special K\" cereal

Preparation

Bring to a boil sugar, brown sugar and Karo syrup.
Add vanilla, salt and peanut butter.
When peanut butter is melted, add cereal.
Stir until coated.
Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cut when cooled.
Makes approximately 5 1/2 dozen.
