Perfect Mashed Potatoes(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baked potatoes, 1 large per person
    garlic cloves or small onions, baked or cooked in microwave
    evaporated skim milk
    a few grindings black pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Slice potatoes in half and scoop out flesh.
    Mash potatoes and garlic or onions with fork or potato masher.
    Whip in skim milk. Add black pepper and salt.
