Chicken Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Italian dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 boneless chicken breast halves (each 1/4-inch thick)
Preparation
    Put butter in medium bowl; beat in lemon juice and egg with fork.
    In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese, basil, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken slices into egg mixture; coat evenly with crumb mixture.
    In a large frying pan, melt 2 teaspoons of butter. Cook chicken over low heat, turning once, until done.
    Serve with spaghetti in a red sauce.
