Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mash salmon, including bones, skin and liquid.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until firm.
