Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. raspberry fruit spread
3 1/4 c. Cool Whip
2 Tbsp. water
fresh raspberries
2 chocolate wafer cookies, crushed

Preparation

Microwave chocolate with 1/4 cup water at High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until melted.
Remove and stir until completely melted.
