Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine
1 frying chicken, cut up
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup flour
1 tbls paprika
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 quart chicken broth (or water)
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
8 oz. pkg noodles, cooked and drained

Melt margarine in large fry pan. Saute chicken pieces until lightly browned. Remove from pan; add onion to pan drippings. Blend in flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth; cook stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix 1/2 of sauce with the cooked noodles. Pour into shallow 3 qt. casserole. Arrange chicken pieces on noodles. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake in slow (325\u00b0) oven 1 hour until chicken is tender.
