Frozen Pudding Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
    1 c. cold milk or half and half
Preparation
    Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl.
    Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 2 minutes.
    Pour into 6 (5 ounce) paper cups.
    Insert wooden or plastic spoon into each for a handle.
    Press a square of aluminum foil or wax paper down onto pudding to cover, piercing center of foil with handle.
    Freeze until firm, at least 5 hours. Press firmly on bottom of cup to release pop.
    Serve with foil around handle.
    Makes 6 pops.
