Mushroom Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms, diced
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    4 c. light cream
    2 1/2 Tbsp. minced chives
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    4 sandwich loaves white bread, trimmed
Preparation
    Peel mushrooms and dice, then saute for five minutes in butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and Accent.
    Stir in cream and simmer until thick.
    Add chives and lemon juice.
    Blend well. Remove crusts from bread and roll slices thin.
    Spread with mushroom mixture and roll up.
    Pack and freeze if desired.
    When ready to serve, defrost; cut each roll in half and toast on all sides in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
