Beef Stroganoff With Rice And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef round
    1 tsp. paprika
    dash of garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. shortening or oil
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. beef broth (from bouillon cubes)
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    cooked rice or potatoes
Preparation
    Cut meat in small strips (cuts easier if frozen).
    Sprinkle meat with seasonings.
    Brown meat in heavy skillet with shortening or oil.
    Stir in mushroom soup and 1 cup of beef broth.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Add onions and cook 10 minutes longer.
