Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c cream (milk)
    2 tbsp flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp dehydrated onion
    5 medium size thinly sliced potatoes
    3 tbsp butter
    1 1/2 c boiling water
Preparation
    Combine cream, flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper and onion. Arrange one cup of potatoes in the bottom of a two qt casserole dish, cover with 1/3 of the cream mixture and dot with 1/3 of the butter. Top with two more layers of potatoes and cream mixture. Then pour the boiling water over the top of the layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hr or until potatoes are tender.
