Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. bread, white or whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. ripe mashed bananas (3 to 4 medium)
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and egg.
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Combine banana and yogurt in bowl; stir to mix.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with banana mixture until all is blended together.
Stir in pecans.
Pour in greased pans 1/2 full and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Yields 3 small loaves.
