Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots, cooked
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1/3 lb. oleo or butter
    1 large onion, grated
Preparation
    Saute grated onion in melted butter.
    Alternate layers of cooked carrots, grated cheese and sauteed onion.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake about 1/2 hour at 325\u00b0.
