Curry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens, cut up and skinned
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. rice
1 garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
dash of cayenne
3 c. boiling chicken broth or bouillon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except the chicken pieces in a casserole or roaster.
Mix thoroughly to blend spices.
Add chicken.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until chicken and rice are tender and liquid is absorbed.
