Homemade Crackers(Wheat Thins) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. uncooked oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 c. wheat germ
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; roll out onto 2 cookie sheets.
Sprinkle with salt.
Lightly roll again to press salt in.
Cut into squares or diamonds with pizza cutter.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
After 20 minutes, begin to check.
Outer ones are done first.
Remove as they turn golden brown and hard.
