Apricot Nut Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. finely chopped uncooked dried apricots
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. milk
    4 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Measure all ingredients into large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed 1/2 minute. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl constantly. Pour into pan (9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan, greased and floured). Bake 55 to 65 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from pan; cool thoroughly before slicing.
