Corn Tamale - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 can black olives, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 c. soy milk
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in 1/4 cup water in a nonstick frying pan, then mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
