Caesar Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. fresh lemon juice, strained
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 egg white
4 anchovy fillets, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 medium garlic clove
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. olive oil
Preparation

Combine first nine ingredients
in
processor and blend until smooth, about one
minute.
With
machine
running,
add both oils through feed tube
in
slow
steady stream and blend until thick. Makes about 3 cups.
