Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine reserved juice, sugar and flour in bowl; mix well.
Stir in cheese.
Add pineapple; mix well.
Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
Mix margarine and cracker crumbs in small bowl. Spread over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
