Chinese Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    bunch green onions, chopped
    1 pkg. Ramen, crushed and baked 3 to 4 minutes at 350~
    3/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Toss first 3 ingredients in salad bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Pour over cabbage and mix in well. Serve immediately.
