Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 sticks butter, softened
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. pumpkin spice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. mixed candy, diced
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. blackberry jam
    1/2 c. strawberry jam
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to 325\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients in order given and pour
    into a well greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake for about 1 hour.
    Cool well before removing cake from pan.
