Marinade Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
dash of garlic powder
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients together and use with beef, chicken or fish.
Marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours, occasionally turning the meat over several times.
