Fruity Sugarless Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. dates, chopped
    1/2 c. apples
    3 tsp. Sweet*10
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. pecans
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Boil together dates, raisins, apples and water for 8 minutes. Add Crisco while still hot.
    Set pan in cold water to cool.
    Add flour, eggs and Sweet*10.
    Add vanilla and crushed nuts last. Place in refrigerator to chill before dropping on a greased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Each cookie equals 50 calories and 1 fruit serving.
