Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large onion (chopped)
    1 cup celery (chopped)
    1 cup carrots (chopped)
    2 cups diced potatoes
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. American or velvetta cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a 4 qt. pan.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add carrots, potatoes, and mixed vegetables, simmer until crispy tender.
    Add soup.
    Continue to simmer until vegetables are done.
    Add cheese, stirring occasionaly until cheese melts.
