Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini (carrots, if carrot cake is desired)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Alternate layers of dried apricots and rock candy in a decorative glass jar.
Fill with vodka, any brand; cover and brew for 3 months at room temperature.
Turn occasionally.
Drink the brandy, eat the apricots or ladle over ice cream and watch out!
