Pork Chop Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1/2 c. raw long grain rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In large skillet, brown pork chops.
Sprinkle rice, onion and green pepper over browned pork chops.
Sprinkle seasonings over vegetable layer.
Pour tomatoes on top.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until pork is tender and rice is cooked.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Heat 5 minutes to melt cheese.
