Different Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 diced green pepper
    1 large onion, diced
    3 to 4 ribs celery, diced
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    2 eggs
    1 box pork flavor stuffing mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper, garlic and celery.
    Add rest of the ingredients, saving half the tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Spray 3-quart baking dish with Pam, then add ingredients.
    Top with half the paste and tomatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered, then 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
    Cool in pan.
    Turn out on platter to slice.
