Seafood Boulettes In Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    2 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes with chili
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. chopped celery
    salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter until onions are transparent.
    Add tomatoes with chili and tomato sauce; simmer for 1 hour.
    Add celery, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper; continue to cook for 1 hour more.
    Drop the Boulettes in sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice.
