Chicken Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. canned chunky chicken meat
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
crumbled cornflakes
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cornflakes, until well combined. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll in cornflake crumbs.
Put in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 about 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about four dozen.
