Boston Brown Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. cornmeal (finely ground)
1/3 c. soy flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt (optional)
3/4 c. molasses
2 c. milk
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Stir together the first six ingredients.
Blend molasses and milk separately.
Add raisins.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet.
