Mince Curry With Peas(Ground Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g steak, minced
    30 ml oil
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 large tomato, grated
    10 ml crushed green ginger
    5 ml crushed garlic
    3 pieces stick cinnamon
    5 cardamon seeds, slightly bruised
    3 whole cloves
    10 ml roasted marsala
    5 ml borrie turmeric
    5 ml ground cumin
    5 ml ground coriander
    2 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    250 ml frozen peas
Preparation
    Heat oil and cook onions until transparent. Add tomatoes; cook 10 minutes. Add all spices and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Crumble beef into sauce, stirring. Cook, covered, for 20 minutes. Add potatoes and cook until almost tender, about 15 minutes. Add frozen peas. Cook for 10 more minutes.
    Serve over rice.
