Corn Casserole(Servings: 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Niblets corn (not drained)
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    2 oz. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into large casserole (9 x 13-inch).
    If it seems too dry, add a little more milk.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes (until cooked in center).
