Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small cottage cheese
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and onion until tender.
    Drain.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, sharp cheese and butter. Mix all together; put in casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cover last 10 minutes with layer of Cheddar cheese.
