Bert'S Tex Mex Hot Dog Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, diced
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    1 c. white wine
    1 c. water
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Brown onions in a small amount of oil; set aside.
    Cook ground beef until in chunky, crumbled pieces; pour off fat!!
    In a crock-pot, add all remaining ingredients.
    Mix well; cook 2 hours. Add more \"hot,\" if desired.
    Serve over grilled hot dogs.
    Great for a casual gathering, football tailgate or summer picnic.
