Mexican Pizzas(Hors D'Oeuvres) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 English muffins
3 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 heaping Tbsp. mustard
3/4 c. chopped green peppers
3/4 c. chopped pepperoni
1 c. shredded cheese

Preparation

Split muffins and place on cookie sheet.
Blend mayonnaise and mustard and spread over muffins.
Distribute peppers, pepperoni and cheese over that.
Cut each muffin half into 4 sections.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until bubbly (10 to 15 minutes).
Serve hot.
Makes 48 pieces.
