Brandied Steak Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
    1 stick butter
    seasoning salt
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. brandy
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms in the butter until brown. Sprinkle with the
    seasoning salt. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer until almost all of the sauce is absorbed. Add the brandy and continue to simmer until the mushrooms are tender. Great with steak or roast.
