Chicken-Pepper Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 onion, diced
    4 potatoes, diced
    pie dough (4)
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Remove from bones.
    Dice onion and potatoes. Make pie dough, enough for about 4 pies.
    Roll out and cut in squares.
    Make layers in pan of chicken broth.
    First potatoes, onion, chicken and dough.
    There should be 3 layers.
    Cook on medium heat until potatoes and dough are done, about 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
    Serves 6 people.
    Add salt and pepper.
