Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced, unpared zucchini (about 4 small ones)
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt (Mrs. Dash)
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Grease
    a

    9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients; spread in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Cut into pieces (about 2 x 1-inch).
    Makes 24 appetizers.
