Apple Dapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. diced apples (sour)
1 c. broken nuts (pecans)
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend eggs, oil and sugar.
Sift flour, salt and soda.
Mix apples, nuts and vanilla.
Bake in floured oblong pan 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven while hot.
Pour on topping.
