Cheese Stuffed French Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large loaf French bread
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 c. sliced red onion
2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Cut bread lengthwise.
Mix butter, thyme and Tabasco and spread on both insides of loaf.
Lay onion on bottom slice and sprinkle with cheese.
Top with other slice and wrap in foil.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 8.
