Broccoli Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 box rigatoni, cooked
1/2 head broccoli, cooked al dente
4 fresh cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. red pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Saute cloves of garlic (chopped) with red pepper in butter. Add garlic, pepper and butter to drained pasta.
Sprinkle thoroughly with Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
Can be made in advance and warmed in microwave.
