Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. shortening
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Add water and vinegar to egg.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and shortening in a large bowl.
Mix in egg mixture.
Knead to a soft ball.
Do not overmix.
Cover and let chill 10 to 15 minutes.
