Fish Fillets Golden - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    2 tsp. butter
    2/3 c. shredded cheese
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Arrange fillets in a single layer ovenware dish.
    Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms over fish.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover.
    Cook in microwave oven 4 to 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese over fish mixture.
    Cook another 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika before serving.
    Total cooking time: 6 to 7 minutes.
    Recipe yields 2 to 3 servings.
