Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 white cake mix
4 c. chopped rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
Cool Whip
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured.
Over top of cake mix, sprinkle chopped rhubarb.
Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb and pour 1 pint whipping cream over top of sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, or until done.
Top with Cool Whip.
