Quiche Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust
2 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
4 crisp bacon slices, crumbled
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In large bowl, combine ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
