Cheese Grits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dry grits
1 roll garlic processed cheese (can substitute 1 c. Velveeta + 1 tsp. garlic)
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. half and half
cornflake or bread crumb topping
Preparation

Prepare grits as on package. Add butter and cheese to hot grits. Crack 2 eggs into measuring cup. Fill with half and half to make 1 cup. Beat mixture. Combine with grits. Pour into greased casserole. Cover with crushed cereal or bread crumbs tossed with melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
