Posey Chow-Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. fresh tomatoes
    1 bunch celery
    6 apples (green)
    4 large onions
    1 lb. cabbage
    6 sweet peppers, seeded
    6 small hot peppers, seedless
    4 c. sugar
    3 c. water
    1 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Use spices to taste: cloves, turmeric and allspice.
