Cheesy Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced apples
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter, cut up
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter Crisco
    1/2 c. mild grated Cheddar cheese
    cold water
Preparation
    In one bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
    In another bowl, combine next 5 ingredients; set aside.
    For cheesy pastry shell, combine and mix with pastry blender the rest of ingredients, except cold water.
    Sprinkle water (3 to 4 tablespoons) over dry ingredients.
    Roll into pie crust for a 9-inch shell.
    Put apple mixture in shell, then sprinkle cheese mixture over that.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower to 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes longer.
