Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
1 medium onion
2/3 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 c. beef broth
Preparation

Season, stew, cool and shred chuck roast. Dice and brown onion. Add rest of ingredients. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Add shredded beef. Mix well. Serve on toasted buns. Serves 12.
